Early sixties Nottingham group, possibly from Bulwell.

All I know of this band is the mention by member Fred Breedon on a facebook thread (which now seems to have disappeared).

“Bob Rowe played bass in the Globetrotters back in the mid sixties, i played lead. I left in 66, he bought my 1962 Fender Jaguar. I wish I’d still got it !”

Bob Rowe played in Steve and the Straycats and later released music under his own name and produced records. The rare compilation “Nottingham Castle Rock” from 1973 was produced by Bob Rowe.

Fred Breedon played in Tony and The Echoes who became Tony and The Varitones. Fred left in 1963 probably joining The Globetrotters.
