Nottingham jazz musician and trumpet player. Started playing while still at school in the fifties and during the sixties was in the “Nottinghamshire County Youth Orchestra”, “Chequers Jazz Band”, “Imperial Jazz Band”, “Johnny Johnstone All-Stars” and “Jazz Spectrum”. He was also a member of the much loved seventies jazz-rock group “Cisco”. His career didn’t stop there, and he has carried on performing and recording well into the 21st Century working with and alongside such legends as Ken Colyer, Humphrey Lyttelton, Bruce Turner and a host of others.
