Long Eaton based rock band from 1972/75 who featured on the 1974 “Nottingham Castle Rock” album. Originally a four piece band who became a five piece, they recorded a Radio Nottingham Extravaganza session in late 1975. They played venues like The Boat, the Town Arms, T.B.I. and the Shipley Boat among others. Their manager was Nick Smith. They became Captain Cook’s Dog in late 1975 through to 1977.

They recorded for the “Nottingham Castle Rock” album in 1974 with a track called “Road to Damascus” (Lord-Green).
Centuaris recorded an session for the Radio Nottingham Extravaganza programme in late 1975 with the five piece line up.

“Centuaris with me played at the Boat and Town Arms supporting Edgar Broughton, who puked on my mellotron! I thought that the Edgar gig was maybe the TBI? all a bit misty , but my mellotron had a wiff about it for months! hmmm. I don’t know why we fell out, but the manager Nik Smith stayed with me and I worked a lot with Paul and John”.
Edgar Broughton band did play Derby Cleopatra’s on October 2nd 1975, maybe it was there?
