Nottingham group from the 1960’s

The Trentside Four started out as the Trentside Five in the late fifties coming up against Vine Eagers “Vagabonds Skiffle Group” in various competitions and playing the coffee bars in Nottingham. The line up of Pete Sturman, Trevor Gotheridge, Archie Braddock, Vic Shaw and Ray Gale lasted until 1962 when Johnny Jalland joined as Pete and Trevor left and they became the Trentside Four. Pete Sturman was the leader of the group.
